Update on Abby and her mom... "no blockages" is what Carolyn said for both of them. (Carolyn's the cutie-pie Box Office Manager!!... i.e. Sam's secretary) No news on Isaac and the car situation, but that wasn't "life threatening" or "injury involved" so it's okay.

I just have the best friends!! I'm having a fabulous Christmas all around!! I've had coffee with, had dinner with, had lunch with, gone caroling with, seen shows with, seen tacky Christmas lights with, and who knows what else with my best friends!! And the best thing to me is that, no, they're not all "church friends". It's nice to know that I can still share this time of faith with them and it be just as special and meaningful.

JJ is the coolest because I now have the great set of Burt's Bees stuff!! I'm going to have great skin once I sort it all out!!

Cliff is the coolest because he gave me this great little purse!! Oh, and not to mention the DVD set that Sam and Jason (South) are going to be jealous of!!

Jason is the coolest because he gave me bath salts made from Dead Sea salt!! Which is not mentioning the other great soaps and the matching picture frame/vase set!!

Lana is the coolest because she gave me this candle that has my office smelling SOO GOOD right now!

I'm not saying this to say "hey, look at the stuff I have now". I'm saying this to say thank you and "I have the best friends ever that love me!"

And folks... this isn't even my family?!!!! That's Thursday and Saturday (or Sunday if we don't talk Grandmama into it or are late)...

Yeah me!!! I'm down to 140 pounds!! WOO-HOO!! Well, I'm saying 140. The scale read 141.5, but I have on jeans and a denim jacket and my keys in my pocket, so we're saying 140!!

Oh, and keep the Wallace family in your prayers. They've got a lot going on. Abby's in Baptist for observations, her mom's in the hospital, and Isaac was in a car accident the other night. He's fine, the other car's not so much.

Question... What are you buying for Christmas presents? I'm trying to come up with something for a couple of friends of mine, but can't think of anything unusual or exceptional to get them? There are stores I can get them gift cards to... even an online one or two... but I've already decided on something for two of them. My workstudy girls are getting gift cards to two different stores... drat, I should buy them tonight...
